kidnapped!
night before feb16: I got a text message from Meg's brother asking if we could meet so I can get the package. we agreed to meet at the third place at 1pm. I actually arrived at 1:30 because I woke up late. LOL when I got there, I looked for her kuya everywhere but I couldnt find him so I texted him
"kuya ers, dito na po ako, san ka?"
there was this girl sitting at the terace, after I sent the message, this girl picked up her phone.. then she looked back. and I GOT TOTALLY SHOCKED. it was jaw-dropping. OMG! I was so surprised! She came back to the Philippines and didnt tell anyone! so, yes, Congratulations bestfriend! successful surprise. HAHA I laughed at myself hard! all the time I actually believed it was her brother who was texting me. I actually poked her "totoo ba to? nandito ka ba talaga sa harap ko?" I cant believe what happened.
so the next thing was.. "san tayo? im hungry"-meg
okay. change of plans, I was holding my sketchpad, my pencils because I actually planned to do my fashion plates but... no, I can save it for later, HELLOO my bestfriend from australia is here in the philippines, I'll do my plates some other time..
from there, I GOT KIDNAPPED.

the following day, the cuevas siblings kidnapped us and took us to an authentic kabab resto. HAHA so much for spontaneity!
and on sunday, I'll be kidnapped again. we're going on a roadtrip to tagaytay, the whole barkada, ohyeaa :D and that means I have to finish my plates in 3 days. OHNOES. I can do this! and I should start now right after I post this.

CIRQ REGAL FASHION SHOW: I feel very overwhelmed.
after months of preparations, sleepless nights, design revisions, rehearsals, and everything else, finally, the day has come. February 9, 2011, CIRQ REGAL: the Runway Spectacle.
we were at NBC tent as early as 10am, we had final preparations and rehearsals, my clock started ticking at 3pm, the usual chaotic backstage, we have to feed our models, have their make up done, dress them up and make sure they master their tricks.
at 6pm, guests started filling the seats, I felt a bit nervous. the sho started at 7
we were about to have a quick final rehearsal backstage when I noticed one of my models was missing. I was panicking because we were the next collection to present. I was looking everywhere, I even asked people from other block to find him. He was at the dressing room, rehearsing by himself. LOL
Right before the first model comes out, Raych's (also one of my models) nose started to bleed! OMG. I didnt know what to do, good thing Shamie knows how to deal with these circumstances. Thank God!

yay! She made me sooo proud! The way she ramped and her execution of trick (fan of cards turned top hat) was beyoond perfect! I was actually screaming and jumping backstage as we were watching on the projected screen backstage. I looked crazy but who cares, I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY!
